Privacy and your enquiry

Carigion Real Estate uses the details you provide to respond to your property enquiry and manage the follow-up.

What we keep

Your name, phone or email, message, property reference and the requirements you choose are saved in our CRM. We also keep the page and campaign that brought you here, when available, so we can understand where enquiries come from. Authorised staff can review these details.

Your contact choices

The form asks for permission to respond. You can choose whether we may reply through WhatsApp when you supply a phone number. Sending an enquiry does not automatically book a viewing or create a public property listing. Existing do-not-contact preferences remain respected.

While you use the website

This browser tab can keep an unconfirmed enquiry for up to 24 hours so you can retry without submitting it twice. It is cleared when the save is confirmed. Campaign details are also kept for the tab session, up to 24 hours. Short-lived abuse controls and our hosting service process technical connection information to protect the forms.

Your EC$/US$ choice is kept in this browser, including a preference cookie lasting up to a year, so prices stay in the currency you select.

Saved properties and searches

When you save a property or search, a private cookie connects this browser to your choices stored by Carigion. The cookie lasts for up to a year. No account is needed. These choices do not sync to other browsers, devices or website addresses, and are not automatically linked to an enquiry or browsing-activity consent. Clearing cookies removes this browser’s access. You can remove your choices at any time in Manage this browser’s saved list.

Saved-search changes are checked when you return and refresh. Where browser notifications are available, you choose whether to connect through OneSignal and enable each search. This shares a browser subscription with OneSignal to deliver messages. You can stop notifications for each search or clear your saved list; an already scheduled notification may still arrive if cancellation is delayed. No email, phone number or CRM identity is needed for this service.

Maps and external services

Maps load from OpenStreetMap. WhatsApp and linked video services handle information under their own privacy policies when you use them. You choose whether to open a WhatsApp conversation or an external video.

Website statistics

We count page views, property searches, WhatsApp clicks and enquiries to understand how this website is used. Basic counts do not use a visitor identifier or link browsing to a named contact. Statistics cover up to 13 months. They do not tell us your browsing history on other websites.

Optional browsing activity

On an enquiry form, you can choose to share your future page views, property searches and WhatsApp clicks on this website for 30 days. If you choose this, a secure cookie connects activity from this browser to that enquiry. Authorised staff can see it on your contact timeline after reviewing and linking the enquiry. Sharing is optional and does not affect sending an enquiry.

Browsing activity is available for up to 90 days. You can stop sharing below; this also removes browsing activity connected to your current sharing cookie. Submitted enquiries remain in the CRM. Sharing stops when the cookie expires, and a new device or browser has its own setting.

Questions or changes

Contact Carigion to ask about your enquiry, correct your details, change your contact preference or request a review of information we hold. We keep CRM records for enquiry handling, ongoing client work and recordkeeping; we will review retention requests with you.
