Carigion CRM
Carigion CRM is Carigion Real Estate’s private workspace for contacts, property work, tasks and appointments. Its optional Google Calendar connection helps the CRM owner keep upcoming work visible on their own calendar.
Google Calendar reminders
After the owner grants access, Carigion creates a separate, private Carigion Reminders calendar. Eligible future appointments and timed tasks assigned to the owner are synchronized there, using their saved reminder times and reminder preferences.
Changes are managed in the CRM. Rescheduling updates the matching Google event; completing, cancelling or removing eligible work removes its matching event. Editing an event in Google Calendar does not update the CRM.
Your account and your choice
The connection uses basic Google account identification and access to calendars created by this app. It does not request Gmail access or general access to your other calendars. It sends no customer invitations. Detailed titles follow the owner’s saved notification preference; otherwise events use generic titles.
Google Calendar phone alerts depend on the app, account synchronization and device notification settings. A successful sync confirms calendar processing, not that a phone received or displayed an alert.
Connection controls are available to the signed-in owner in Alerts → Reminder settings → Google Calendar. Connecting Google does not grant access to the CRM.
