Carigion CRM Calendar connection terms of use

Updated 20 October 2026. These terms describe use of Carigion Real Estate’s optional, owner-only Google Calendar connection.

Authorized use

Use the connection only with the Google account you are authorized to connect and the CRM records you are authorized to manage. Existing CRM permissions continue to apply. You control whether to grant and maintain Google access.

Managing your calendar

The CRM is the source for synchronized tasks, appointments and reminder settings. Make changes in the CRM; Google Calendar edits do not update the CRM and may be replaced by a later CRM change. The connection manages its mapped events in the separate Carigion Reminders calendar and does not send customer invitations.

Sync and notifications

Synchronization depends on a valid connection, available services and saved record settings. Changes can be delayed during connection failures or retries. Calendar acceptance is not confirmation that a phone received or displayed an alert. Check important appointments in the CRM and review your phone’s Google Calendar settings.

Stopping the connection

You can request disconnect from the CRM’s Reminder settings. It attempts to remove synchronized events and then revoke access. If you revoke access directly through Google first, some events may require manual cleanup. Disconnecting does not delete CRM business records.

Use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s applicable terms. Our Calendar privacy notice explains the connection’s data use and contact options.
